Hannah Snoots is the associate director of special abilities at Calvary community church, founder and president of Heartstrings Foundation, a singer/songwriter, but most importantly mother to two beautiful girls with special needs. Her passion is to help as many families as she can walk the difficult journey of raising a child with a disability. Hannah shares her own personal stories about her own daughters and the journey she has gone through. Heartstrings Foundation is a 501C-3 nonprofit dedicated to providing tailor-made relief for frontline parents of special needs children. Her goal in life is to bring as much relief and joy to these families as she can. Listen and share her story!
